I was lucky enough to be at the wedding and the dessert was a culinary highlight! I am going to attempt to make your kulfi tomorrow tonight. I have a an ice-cream maker and was going to churn it so I would not have to wait for it to set.

Do you think this would be ok?

Thanks,

Rita.

Hi Anita!

Try turning your cakes upside down and using the bottoms as the presentation side. They are super flat, thanks to the baking tin, and will help give you a nice smooth surface to spread your ganache on. Also have a go at levelling your cakes. The curved top can be cut off so that each cake is the exact same height. Use a ruler to get the measurement - your cakes look like they'd be the standard height - about 5.5cm. Then put your filling in the middle and press with the bottom of the tin to make sure it's level. Good luck! I hope the wedding is wonderful! We've seen Warwick on Rennovation House this week - such a goregous town.

Hey There Noredmeat,
This question may be a little off-topic, I have a Gourmet Chia Herb Garden kit. In it came Parsley, Dill, Chives, Basil, Cilantro, Marjoram, plus a friend gave me Mint to grow. Dill, Cilantro, Basil, & mint, are coming up. I start the mint 1st.
I have seen the Girls (Cats) around them, but does not look like the CATS have eaten them.
Any help on how to keep them out if them do start to eat them? Please help me?
I would also like to grow others, & would like to look into it? any help please?
Thanks to all that can help
Great Job!
